7-Eleven (7-11) : Rice Meal Eggplant Omelet

Expensive Tasteless Breakfast!
Where to Buy : 7-Eleven Convenience Store
Price : P39

Want to know how to start your morning wrong? try 7-Eleven's Rice Meal Eggplant Omelet! this tasteless and so small eggplant omelet will make you want to just go back to sleep hungry than eat. >_<

it doesn't look yummy too. =c
* be sure to microwave this crap or else it will give your stomach a set of new problems to deal with.

Mang Inasal : Pork Sisig

Pork Sisig with Egg... >_<
Where to Buy : Mang Inasal Fast Food Restaurant
Price : P145  ( add P10 for Egg )

Mang Inasal is known for their chicken inasal and not for their sisig! I tried their sisig for the first time and good thing I didn't have high expectations or else I would have been disappointed, their sisig is not crunchy, it is good for 2 persons and they served it sizzling but after a few seconds it's already cold, it didn't even have enough heat to cook the egg. >_< I didn't even bother finishing it.

* Mang Inasal has the rice all you can eat, just order their PM meals.

Cerchio Grill and Lounge : Oven Baked Crispy Pata

Baked = Less Oil!!

Where to Buy : Cerchio Grill and Lounge
                        76 Sct. Limbaga, Tomas Morato
                        Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Phone Number: (63 2) 355-0998, (63 2) 351-5279
Price : P650

Cerchio's Oven Baked Crispy Pata is a must order! very crispy skin plus the meat is so tender, this is served together with three different sauces namely honey cilantro, oyster chili sauce and crispy pata sauce, I prefer the original crispy pata sauce. A bit on the pricey side and as usual the serving is small.

Cerchio Grill and Lounge : Pork Sisig

Tiny Round Pork Sisig with Mini Egg on Top!

Where to Buy : Cerchio Grill and Lounge
                        76 Sct. Limbaga, Tomas Morato
                        Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Phone Number: (63 2) 355-0998, (63 2) 351-5279
Price : P230

At first this looks really weird from other sisig, it looks like ice cream sisig with egg on top haha anyway, yummy pork sisig all the way! although not so crunchy but you will easily notice that this is one good sisig compared to those other restaurants. The serving size is small ( good for two persons only ), you can't even feel the egg because it's too small!! I wonder where they bought those micro eggs.

Baliwag Lechon Manok ATBP. : Lechon Manok and Liempo Meal

Lechon Manok + Liempo = Lunch
Where to Buy : Baliwag Lechon Manok ATBP Restaurant
Price : P130

Baliwag Lechon Manok ATBP. is as usual famous for their lechon manok, I ordered their lechon manok and liempo meal which cost 130 pesos! I was disappointed about their serving size, the chicken is 1/4 piece which is alright but the liempo is only a few pieces and most of it are fats. >_<  The chicken is delicious! dip it with the sauce ( which isn't just any gravy ). The liempo didn't really please me at all.... just order their lechon manok =D

Binalot : Adobo Rice

Ang Pambansang Tsibugan!
Where to Buy : Binalot Restaurant
Price: P25

Never order plain rice! order adobo rice instead! this is the perfect combination to their rice meals. =D adobo flavored rice topped with egg.

* Funny how they served their food wrapped in banana leaves and some paper
* you have to wait for approximately 10 minutes to get your food.
* and saya ang sarap maging pinoy! =D

Binalot : Anytime Inihaw na Baboy

tender liempo marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, herbs and spices. Grilled to get that authentic barbecued texture, and aroma. Served with white rice. Comes with salted egg and tomato.
Where to Buy : Binalot Restaurant
Price : P93

Delicious Liempo from Binalot! eating liempo together with tomatoes and salted egg is really a hit, be sure to get your liempo sauce too! the ordinary order comes with plain rice but I decided to change it to their famous adobo rice ( you just have to add a few pesos ), it's way better with the adobo rice! the serving is good enough

Kamay Kainan : Tortang Talong

Overpriced Tortang Talong
Where to Buy : Kamay Kainan ( Food Court )
Price : P60 ( but varies )

Kamay Kainan's tortang talong is like everyother tortang talong that you can find in any pinoy carinderia, the only difference is that they are selling in a mall which makes it pricier.

* Kamay Kainan has long been a food court restaurant that sells Filipino Cuisine.
* Tortang Talong sells for only P15+ on ordinary pinoy carinderia.

Rufo's Famous Tapa : Tocino

mapapamura ka sa sarap

Where to Buy : Rufo's Famous Tapa Restaurant
Price : P89

Rufo's Tocino is nothing special, ordinary tocino that you can eat everyday, the tocino is somehow tasteless, good thing the garlic rice and egg is here to save the day! I think the tocino being sold in the supermarket is somehow better. >_<

Rufo's Famous Tapa : Pork Humba

tender pork shank and cutlets slowly braised in spiced soy-pineapple juice and topped off with a sprinkling of banana blossoms
Where to Buy : Rufo's Famous Tapa Restaurant
Price : P85

I only wished they served more meat than fats, this could have been a great meal, but too bad it only consist of 1/6 meat and fats all the way. I thought cheap carinderia are the only ones doing that kind of ratio  >_<

Jollibee : Regular Yum With Cheese

Price: 38 php

The cheapest burger of jollibee with cheese, the small brother of Champ. A simple bread with burger patty, thousand island dressing and cheese, it is the rival of McDonald's cheeseburger. I personally don't like Jollibee's burgers because the patty is kind of dry and the dressing does not taste that well even with the added cheese ( must be the burger patty ).

Lipa : Fresh Coconut Water ( Fresh Buko Juice )

Nice Bottle Design and Logo =D
Where to Buy : Lipa Partners
Price : P35

Whenever I dine at Wai Ying, I prefer to order this Lipa Buko Juice instead of the usual Coke, this not only taste good but also comes in 500ml size ( which means I get to drink more ). However the real fresh buko juice being sold by people in cart is still the best compared to this.

* the drink's flavor is not consistent ( sometimes sweet sometimes not so sweet ).
* the bottle design and logo looks cool =D

Andok's : Litson Manok ( Roasted Chicken )

Ang Pambansang Litson Manok!!
Where to Buy : Andok's
Price : P109 ( Super Half ) P218 ( Whole )

Andok's is really famous for their Litson Manok and I couldn't agree more! I could eat one whole of their Litson Manok all by myself, it is so delicious and cheap compared to others. There is actually little waiting time when you order one, they just get the chicken and chopped it ( if you requested ). Right now

Jollibee : Regular Yum

Where to Buy: Jollibee Fast Food Store
Price: 28 php

The cheapest burger of jollibee, the small brother of Champ. A simple bread with burger patty and thousand island dressing, it is the rival of McDonald's burger mcdo. I personally don't like Jollibee's burgers because the patty is kind of dry and the dressing does not taste that well.

Bong's Eatery : Meatballs

Where to Buy: Bong's Eatery ( 1437 - 39 G.Masangkay St. Sta Cruz Manila )
Price: 35php

4 Pieces of tender juicy meatballs is enough to make your day, and meatballs at Bong's eatery is good although it is sometimes too salty. I used to eat here like everyday because they cook delicious filipino food here even though they are just a carinderia, they have a lot of customers too especially lunch time where you will find people lined up to order food, its like fastfood turo-turo style.

Bong's Eatery : Embutido

Where to Buy: Bong's Eatery ( 1437 - 39 G.Masangkay St. Sta Cruz Manila )
Price: 40php

Bong's Embutido is ok, the ingredients are mixed up properly and the taste is good. But it is because it taste almost the same as other embutido, the serving is good enough for one person only. I think it is just a side dish so you have to order something else if you want to satisfy your hunger.

Where to Buy: Bong's Eatery ( 1437 - 39 G.Masangkay St. Sta Cruz Manila )
Price: 25php

Home made spaghetti that is cheap and delicious? you can try Bong's Spaghetti. Their spaghetti is like the ones you cook at home, the sauce is yummy and hot dog bits are plenty, you can add cheese on the spaghetti but it will cost you an extra 10php i think. They also

Bong's Eatery : Adobo With Egg

Where to buy: Bong's Eatery ( 1437 - 39 G.Masangkay St. Sta Cruz Manila )
Price: 45php

One of my favorite food to eat here in our area is Bong's eatery. They are the improved version of carinderia or turo-turo, a lot of people eat here especially lunch time where you can see the long line of people waiting to be served. The price of the food is just right but their serving is quite little. Here is one of my most ordered food.. the Adobo with Egg, it is delicious and the sauce is sweet. together with a bottle of pop cola it is a nice combination.
