I like this new pork luncheon meat! the only problem I had with this is when cooking it, the color of the luncheon meat is the same! it didn't go brown or anything, the taste isn't as tasty as I expected, you have to rely on the ketchup to taste. I liked it but SPAM is still the king. =D
* Their design is cartoonish for me, good thing it didn't look cheap.
* Price is almost the same as SPAM.

Grilled Prime Sandwich
* 1 can (12 ounces ) Prime Luncheon Meat
* 5 hamburger buns
* Softened butter ( optional )
* 4 ounces cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
* 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
& Mustard and/or mayonnaise ( optional garnishes )
Slice Prime into 10 pieces about 1/4-inch thick, Heat a grill pan on high, Grill Prime until golden brown and slightly crisp on both sides. Set aside, Split the buns and grill the inside until lightly toasted. If desired, spread the bottom halves witth a little butter. Place 2 pieces of Prime, slightly overlapping on the long side, on a cookie or baking sheet, Do the same with the remaining pieces. Top each with cheese, onion and then tomato. Place under a hot broiler until the cheese is melted. Place each on a bun. Top with mayonnaise or mustard as desired, then top the bun.
