When you look at Wai Ying's Menu, you will have a hard time looking for their lemon chicken rice ( confusing menu ), before I didn't even know that they have this, but good thing I asked the waiter about it and the rest is history.

Wai Ying's lemon chicken rice is breaded chicken, they serve the lemon sauce separate from the chicken so you have more controlling power on how much lemon sauce you want. The chicken is crunchy and perfect with the lemon sauce. =D

The first thing that comes into mind when people mention naicha ( milk tea ) is Zentea! cheap, affordable, big, huge, delicious, sweet, refreshing and cold! =D They serve great tasting milk tea that are 50% cheaper than other milk tea vendors, I personally don't like the pearls though.

I think I remember ordering Meatball... not Squid ball!!! I guess as long as it's meat and it's round you can call it Meatball. Well the so called Meatballs are good ( doesn't taste like cheap Squid ball like the ones being sold by fish ball pushers ), they should have added extra Meatballs.. ( I think 5 pieces of these ain't worth 105 php ).

Chicken Roll! This used to be my pasalubong from my mom when she goes to ongpin, I would always eat two chicken roll because one is never enough. Delicious chicken with scrambled egg inside a soft bun, they aren't stingy with the filling so you could enjoy the whole bun. The Chicken Roll today is quite different from what it used to be, if I could remember correctly the egg wasn't scrambled and it taste a lot better.

KFC : Tower Burger

At first I thought the Tower Burger was two chicken fillet packed into one big burger, when they served the Tower Burger I was surprised to see the hash brown inside ( I thought someone misplaced the other chicken fillet and placed the hash brown instead ), but when I saw the side of the box, it was clearly written and in this order ( bun, mayo, lettuce, hash brown, cheese, chicken and bun ). I guess sometimes it's important to read the menu.

Anyway, the Tower Burger was good, it is big as expected but the weird thing is the hash brown! Personally I don't think the hash brown goes well with the chicken burger ( what were they thinking?? maybe next time they will also add the fries inside the burger, so you won't have to eat it separately ). I'd better stick to their good old Zinger or the Double Down. =D 

It's really jaw dropping... I had a hard time chomping on this.

Sweet and Sour Pork? nah... this is Sweet and Sour Chicken!! =D I usually prefer fish when eating a sweet and sour dish but this is a good alternative, sliced chicken and topped with the sauce looks great ( usually the fish/pork/chicken is swimming in the sauce and it's kinda messy because the sauce would seep into the rice and some people don't like their rice tasting like sweet n sour). The sauce is good together with the chicken, I really liked it! a must try!!! =D

Back in my old office ( at Pasig City ), I tried Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken Restaurant Double Chicken Burger which sounded so cool and delicious! waited a few minutes for my burger, when it was finally served it looked great! but the greatness lasted for only a few seconds.

The First bite on this burger made me realize that I'm into one hell of a dinner, the chicken is so hard ( it's like eating rock, maybe they should have given me a knife ), even harder is when you're chewing it. If I wasn't really hungry that time I would throw this away. >_<

Good Thing The Fries was there to save my Dinner... I almost cried eating this damn burger...

Mang Inasal is known for their chicken inasal and not for their sisig! I tried their sisig for the first time and good thing I didn't have high expectations or else I would have been disappointed, their sisig is not crunchy, it is good for 2 persons and they served it sizzling but after a few seconds it's already cold, it didn't even have enough heat to cook the egg. >_< I didn't even bother finishing it.

* Mang Inasal has the rice all you can eat, just order their PM meals.

Karate Kid's Takoyaki isn't so special after all... mainly because of the ingredients is mostly vegetable plus the dressing has a lot of mayonnaise. Great Takoyakis should be made from diced or full baby octopus! all I could taste was the mayo and I think they overloaded it with mayo! I have to remove some of the mayo first before eating it. >_< still it doesn't taste good, I should have ordered the California maki instead. =c

Lucky Me! is one of the oldest Instant Mami in the Philippines, I could still remember my mom cooking instant mami for me when I was a kid, the beef flavor is one of the original flavors aside from the chicken flavor. Today you could see as much as 20+ flavors of instant mami in the groceries.

I like their beef flavor but I prefer the chicken, I think almost everyone prefers the chicken flavor.

You cook this by boiling water first then placing the noodle and the flavoring, wait for 5 minutes or until the noodle is soft then place it in a bowl. You can also add eggs while cooking to make it tastier. =D

Best Meal @ Tokyo Tokyo Ever! =D I hope they make this a permanent item in their menu! Delicious Chicken Mixed with Scrambled Egg!! this is so delicious and mouth-watering, the sauce is great too! the only problem is that the serving isn't big enough, there are only a few pieces of those chicken chunks, I had to order a second one just to fulfill my cravings, this is a two thumbs up for Tokyo Tokyo! =D

A terrible double pork rib with rice from North Park, I couldn't see where they hid the pork rib and meat with all those skins and fats, the whole small serving is consist of skin and fats! this is definitely not worth your money. Better order something else next time. >_<

Cerchio's Oven Baked Crispy Pata is a must order! very crispy skin plus the meat is so tender, this is served together with three different sauces namely honey cilantro, oyster chili sauce and crispy pata sauce, I prefer the original crispy pata sauce. A bit on the pricey side and as usual the serving is small.

At first this looks really weird from other sisig, it looks like ice cream sisig with egg on top haha anyway, yummy pork sisig all the way! although not so crunchy but you will easily notice that this is one good sisig compared to those other restaurants. The serving size is small ( good for two persons only ), you can't even feel the egg because it's too small!! I wonder where they bought those micro eggs.

This is Cerchio's signature drink! lime, cucumber and mint mixed together into a cold refreshing drink, it taste kinda like a lime drink but with a hint of mint and cucumber, the ice makes this drink cold and the mint made it taste like icy cold! you should order this instead of the usual soft drink or iced tea! you won't be disappointed! I HATE the New English McMuffin of Mcdo, it doesn't taste good or anything, it literally destroyed the whole breakfast experience at Mcdo, I used to love eating all those Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Big Breakfast Muffin and the Egg McMuffin. Those golden days are now gone.... let us welcome this piece of crap, tastless, hard, doesn't even look appetizing, it even made the Sausage McMuffin look smaller!! I can't understand why they have to change this? it was the best part of their breakfast items, couldn't they just left the McMuffin alone?!? and introduce something new without changing it?!

Bitin!!! this is only good for one person! don't bother sharing it with other's or you'll end up with only 1 or 2 pieces of this oh so good lemon chicken! The sauce is perfect ( although some may find it too sweet for their taste ) , this is one of their best sellers and I won't argue about it! delicious lemon chicken as always! =D

Samurai Foods is the oldest stall selling takoyaki here in the Philippines, I think they are the ones who started selling these way back 10 or more years ago. I could remember asking my mom to buy me these expensive yet so delicious food. The reason why I think their takoyaki is so delicious is because they use the original ingredients unlike other takoyaki that is made up of vegetables. The only problem about this food is that you have to wait for them to cook it which takes a very long 15 minutes, it is then served very smoking hot, so better be careful when eating this! it doesn't taste good when cold. =D

Baliwag Lechon Manok ATBP. is as usual famous for their lechon manok, I ordered their lechon manok and liempo meal which cost 130 pesos! I was disappointed about their serving size, the chicken is 1/4 piece which is alright but the liempo is only a few pieces and most of it are fats. >_<  The chicken is delicious! dip it with the sauce ( which isn't just any gravy ). The liempo didn't really please me at all.... just order their lechon manok =D

Delicious Liempo from Binalot! eating liempo together with tomatoes and salted egg is really a hit, be sure to get your liempo sauce too! the ordinary order comes with plain rice but I decided to change it to their famous adobo rice ( you just have to add a few pesos ), it's way better with the adobo rice! the serving is good enough

Santal Italian Lemon Iced Tea is very different from the Iced Tea being sold here in the Philippines, mainly because it isn't sweet, I guess in Italy they don't like too much sweets. I tried the free taste in mafbex in world trade center and immediately liked it, so I bought a few! =D

McDonald's Filet O Fish is a small fish burger made from mostly Alaskan pollock and/or hoki, steamed buns, tartar sauce, cheese and the fish patty is what this burger is all about! =D Too bad in a country where people eat more chicken than any other meat or seafood, this has become one of the neglected burgers, only few people order this, I myself would rather eat something else, partly because this burger doesn't taste much without the dressing, it cost more and won't make you feel full, also you have to eat this right away when served, don't let it go cold it could or will give you a stomach ache when eaten cold.

Recently I tried Serenitea's Exciting Yakult Mango Yakult! 500ml of delicious mango flavored yakult, but the dominant taste is the yakult, the mango flavor is very subtle. You must drink this very cold and very fast too, because the mixture will start to separate as soon as it can and you have to mix it with the straw before drinking. I think the 500ml is too much for one person haha

I never thought I would like Tokyo Tokyo's Maki, before I tried their california maki but didn't quite like it, but this American Maki is actually good. It has a different kind of sauce with mayo that you have to mix first before dipping the maki into it, delicious and colorful too!

Peanuts! I didn't know what Chiu-chao dumpling was before ordering this, I was surprised that it contains peanuts ( which I don't like ), it has a slight peanut butter feel but the pork overwhelms the flavor. It took them 10 minutes to serve this and it is very hot. It's good but I personally prefer other dim sums.

Early Breads! this breakfast item really destroyed my morning, it is too salty salty salty and salty!!! salami ( salty ) + egg ( salty ) = very salty!!!  I won't even try to finish a whole sandwich with so much salt in it. >_<

Yellow Cab's breakfast breads or early breads! a different product from their usual pizza and pasta. I ordered this one boring office day to try! you have to wait 10 minutes to get your early breads ( won't that make you late? ), the bacon, cheese and mango on baguette is superb, delicious combination and you can really taste the sweetness of the mango within the saltiness, the baguette is not as big as you want it to be but enough for a single person to munch on. Great bites to start the day right! =D
